2010 Fly Racing TQRA Contingency Program

Here is the basic details of the FLY contingency program-

• In order to qualify for the contingency program the rider must have current model FLY gear.(pants, jersey, and gloves)
• He must get checked and verified at every race.
• The rider must compete in at least 50% of the races in the series.
• Must be signed up by 4th race.

At the end of the series I need to get the point info back to me at least 2 weeks before the awards banquet so we have ample time to get the certificates put together.

The point pay out is as follows. At the end of the series we will convert the points to dollars at a 1:1 ratio (1 point = 1 dollar). The rider will be issued a WPS certificate for the dollar value he has earned and can be used for WPS product. This certificate will be redeemable through any local area dealer.

Their most recent endeavor has taken them into the snowmobile industry as they try to sweep everyone off their feet at the 2010 Winter X Games. superman, Indian air, pendulum, heal clicker, and more variations to snow as well as all the upright freestyle you can handle! They have the skill and bag of tricks it takes in order to podium at the 2010 Winter X Games but now the only thing standing in their way is the politics of X Games. The brothers where informed that they would be given a chance to enter the games if they would submit a video showing their skill on a course that was set up identical  to the X Games course. The brothers traveled to a setup that was required and have compiled videos showing their stunts but are now being denied a fair chance to enter the X Games. ATR Can AM Renegade and Outlander ATV Chassis Brace

It is designed to reinforce the entire length of the 4″ x 1.5″ main frame tube. The Chassis Spine will keep the main frame tube true and keep it from deforming from the stress of racing and aggressive trail riding. Another problem area the ATR Chassis Spine solves is that without a skid plate the main frame tube is exposed and easily dented from hitting rocks or stumps. Once the frame tube is dented it can be easier for it to deform further. The Chassis Spine can be used to bring some damaged frames back to spec.
The Chassis Spine is a simple “bolt on” install. If your chassis is out of alignment it may require more force from a mallet and block of wood to install them, but they will straighten your deformed frame in the process.

And the best part? These retail for only $99! Relatively cheap insurance against ending up with a damaged frame. To us this product just makes sense. Designing these as an extrusion we were able to keep the price down. With them being aluminum you won’t need to worry about having steel tube from a home fabricated brace causing your chassis to rust from the inside out.

2010_ATV_Contingency_Schedule

Valcourt, Canada (12/8/2009) – In 2010, BRP will inject US$1.6 million into its Can Am X Team ATV Contingency Program. From Canada, across the United States, down to Mexico, Can-Am ATV racers should be eligible for a cash payout through this program during the 2010 ATV racing season.

Building on its successful 2009 Can-Am X-Team ATV Racing Contingency program, BRP is expanding the 2010 program to include more cash and more national and regional series in North America.

“Enhanced racer support from the pro racer to the amateur is our goal with this program,” says Denis Morin, vice–president, Product Development & Racing at BRP. “As racing is key to improving all of our products at BRP, it is nice to be able to expand our contingency program to reward those who have committed to continuing Can-Am success on the race track.”

In North America, BRP is committing to pay out contingency cash in 19 race series, including the Can-Am Grand National Cross Country series (13 classes), the ITP/Moose Racing AMA ATV Motocross Championship (17 classes), the SCORE International Baja 1000, the High Lifter Mud Nationals and the CMRC Canadian MX National series. In addition to those events, BRP has pledged support to just about every major regional race series on the continent.

Racers who meet the terms of the contingency program will receive a cash payout in the amount earned based on his or her placing in the event, with payment mailed directly to the participant or legal guardian. BRP is also awarding contingency for overall championships at the end of the season.
